  Utilized as a launch video for the groundbreaking of The Mills Corporation's 108 North State Street development, the project consisted of creating a video to capture the heritage of a historic site in downtown Chicago and showcase the future of what is to come at this landmark location.

The video was shown on location for the groundbreaking ceremonies with several notable guests attending, including the Mayor of Chicago Richard M Daley.

This video element was later incorporated into a DVD that included interviews with key executives involved with the project, a slideshow of the leasing plans and the actual recorded ceremonies broken out by chapters.
